Booking Guidelines
1. Check the appointment calendar for other Intake Stations if your first choice is not available. Appts can be made up to 21 days in advance 2. Enter your mobile phone number as 10 digits with no spaces or punctuation so you will get appointment confirmation and reminder texts. Enter NA if no mobile phone, but you must provide another way for us to contact you (email, landline, spouse #) 3. Make a separate appointment for each return you need prepared 4. If you are making more than one appointment using the same contact info, include a Note of explanation, such as "Appt is for <taxpayer name> (parent, child, friend), additional tax year, etc." Only one active appt is allowed per taxpayer. Multiple appts with no explanation are subject to deletion 5. Through February 28, we are only preparing returns for Tax Year 2025. Afterward, we will also prepare returns for earlier tax years and amendments. If you are making an appointment for a "Prior tax year" or "Other tax assistance," include a Note of explanation, such as "TY 2022" or "I filed my original return" 6. You MUST bring printed copies of all required identification and tax documents to your appointment. Electronic copies or photos are NOT ACCEPTABLE. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is necessary to protect you from identity theft and fraud 7. Drop-off appts take about 15 minutes for you to complete the intake process. We call you when your return is ready for pickup
