Here’s how appointments work:
Scan & Go service. Schedule an appointment for our Scan & Go service. We will meet one-on-one with filers to get their tax paperwork, ID information, etc. scanned in. We will schedule a follow up appointment (by phone or in person) to review the completed return. Once reviewed and approved, we will e-file each return.
Drop off/Pick up service: 1. Schedule a 30-minute appointment to drop off your paperwork with us and allow us to check IDs. We’ll make a second appointment for you to come back at the same exact time one week later to pick up your paperwork and finalize your return.
Car-side service: 1. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Come to our location to get a packet any time we’re open 2. When you are ready to return your completed packet, call 211 to make an appointment. 3. On the day of your appointment, you can wait in your car while we scan your documents.
In-person service: 1. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Come to our location to get a packet any time we’re open 2. When you are ready to return your completed packet, call 211 to make an appointment for in-person tax preparation assistance at a site that offers it.
